Here's a simple butt challenging home workout to get you to get a bigger more lifted butt. Do each exercise for as many as you can each side and rest 2 minutes between each round.
Round 1:
Ankle Weights kick-backs
Hip Thrusts
Bouncing Squats
Round 2:
Straight Bouncing Kick-Backs
